   At the meeting the main things that will happen are: Pit and Design teams need to talk. The rest of the team will be doing strategy: we will have a projector set up, compliments of Scott's family, showing a live feed from the competition at (most likely) Peach-Tree. The time at the meeting will also be spent in discussion of the designs for the pit; people mechanical in nature need to make sure it fits their needs, electrical people will be helping to build some parts of it, design team will be doing artwork for it, and the rest will be able to help with the materials and listing. We have less than 2 weeks now, and we need to work hard to have these things done in time!
